Pull Request Insights Features

Overview Section

The Overview section of Pull Request Insights provides a dynamic view of all Pull Request metrics within your team. It highlights the selected team’s Cycle Time and a comprehensive view of Pull Request activity during the selected time frame. This feature enables engineering leaders to identify long-running Pull Requests, unreviewed Pull Requests that have been merged, or any risky work.

Clicking on any pull request opens an enhanced modal, offering deeper insights and details, covering everything from the Cycle Time of the pull request to the risk and all commits, reviews, comments, tickets, and deploys associated with it.

Collaboration Tab

The Collaboration tab offers an overview of your team’s collaboration, providing insights into the submitter-reviewer ratio, the number of reviews, and key metrics for both submitters and reviewers. This allows you to understand how your team works together and identify any collaboration issues.

Accessing Detailed Insights

To access detailed insights on a specific pull request, simply click on the pull request in the Overview section. This action will open an enhanced modal that provides deeper insights into the Cycle Time, risk, and all associated activities such as commits, reviews, comments, tickets, and deploys.

Understanding Team Collaboration

Navigate to the Collaboration tab to get an overview of your team’s collaboration metrics. Here, you can analyze the submitter-reviewer ratio, the number of reviews, and key metrics for both submitters and reviewers to gain insights into how your team collaborates.
